Hot on the heels of the recent full-length debut album 'Dead Air', Mordant Music present a double 'A'-side 10" featuring North London's voodoo supply teacher Shackleton and the MM duo of Baron Mordant & Admiral Greyscale....

On the 'A', 'I Want To Eat You' amplifies all the hallmarks of previous Shackleton boneshakers, with a first half percussive lure of midi failure and singed ready meal eastern flutes, and a second half whirlpool of saturating black sub-bass....

On the 'AA', Mordant Music attempt to fuse and graft an altogether different beast. As with 'Dead Air' & 'Dark Side Of The Autobahn' previously, it's been paramount for Mordant Music to sully an established style for better or for worse and attempt to create an undefined plateau where heads are sometimes scratched....

Shackleton's 'I Want To Eat You' is simply Tuesday night's voodoo buffet vortex, while Mordant Music continue to scuttle around like an injured moth beating the 'Hummdrumm'....you can't front the MM'endeavour....
